Issue history
The 3-chervontsa note of the 1932 pattern is the last denomination of the series, issued in September 1932. Besides the languages of the union republics, the text of the law is repeated, for the only time in the series, in Latin script and in a Turkic line. It was printed by the multicolour Orlov method and designed by Ivan Dubasov.
Signatures
В отличие от остальных номиналов этой серии, знак за всю историю выпуска подписывал только один состав правления Государственного банка СССР — председателя М. Калмановича (Калманович, Аркус, Марьясин); те же подписи и у образца.
Appearance
The front is green with black. Along the top runs a band alternating the value with the text of the law, and at the edges is the value on a guilloché ground. At top centre are the USSR arms; in the centre the text of the law, the value and the date; at the bottom the value and the text of the law twice more, and the signatures. The number is printed twice: red on the left, black on the right. The multicolour back is made up almost entirely of the value: in the corners, at the edges on a guilloché ground, in rectangles at the top, in the centre, in three elongated hexagons and in an ornamental frame at the bottom. No watermark; size 157 × 88 mm.
