Consent to personal data processing

Version of September 23, 2026

By registering on bonumic.com and ticking the corresponding checkbox, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the owner of bonumic.com (a private individual; contact: southsidecover@gmail.com; hereinafter, the operator) processing my personal data on the following terms.

What data

Username, email address, password (stored only in irreversibly hashed form).
If I choose to provide them: phone number, avatar, "about me" text, city, preferred display currency.
What I add to the site myself: my collection and want list, personal photos and files, comments, messages to other users, suggestions and reports about the catalog.
IP address and browser details in server logs.
Data about my visits (analytics) — only if I separately accept it in the site's cookie banner.

For what purposes

Registration and signing in to my account.
Running the site's features: collection, want list, exchanges, messages, notifications, contributing to the catalog with my username credited as the author.
Sending account-related emails: email confirmation, password reset.
If I provide a phone number: contacting me about my account, confirming sign-in and restoring access by SMS or phone call.
Protecting the site from abuse (spam, password guessing, overload).

What the operator may do with the data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the extent described below, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction — both with and without automation tools.

Who receives the data

An email delivery service receives only my email address and the text of service emails, to deliver them.
An SMS delivery service receives only my phone number and the text of the message, to deliver it — if I provide a phone number.
Yandex (Metrica) receives visit data — only with my separate consent in the cookie banner.
My data is not sold and is not passed on for advertising.

What other users see

My username is visible to other users. My avatar, "about me" text, city and the public part of my collection are visible to other users only if I fill them in or make them public myself.

Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until my account is deleted or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw it by writing to southsidecover@gmail.com from the email address linked to my account. The site cannot run an account without processing its data, so withdrawing consent means deleting the account: processing stops and the data is deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.

Changes

If the list of data or the purposes of processing change beyond what is described here, the operator will ask for a new consent separately.
