At Kulm in Bohemia on 17–18 (29–30) August 1813 Osterman-Tolstoy's Russian Guards stopped Vandamme's corps, which the Allies then surrounded and captured together with its commander. The 5-rouble coin "battle of Kulm" was issued in 2012 in the "Battles and Significant Events of the Patriotic War of 1812 and the Foreign Campaigns of the Russian Army of 1813–1814" series.
