Treasury notes of the People's Commissariat of Finance of the USSR
Appearance
Green print on both sides, popularly nicknamed "ленивцы"/"лежебоки" ("sloths"/"lazybones") after the two men reclining with a book at lower right of the obverse. The USSR coat of arms at upper right, the denomination within a guilloché at upper left. The reverse has the denomination at lower left framed by the value in five languages. Size: 168 × 76 mm. A misprint in the Ukrainian word "БИЛЕТ" on the reverse (missing the letter "і") was corrected mid-print-run -- the earliest series (1-7) carry the misspelled form, later ones (8-92) the corrected one.
