Special facts

The key and seal on the back recall Mogilev’s municipal self-government: the city received Magdeburg rights in 1577.

Appearance

Two-hundred-rouble note, a revised printing of the 2009 design, put into circulation in June 2026. The front shows the Mogilev Regional Art Museum named after P. V. Maslenikov; the back a collage on crafts and town building: the golden key and the seal of Mogilev, a glazed stove tile and wrought-iron lattice fragments. A light filigree numeral was added to the watermark and the security thread is wider than on the 2009 issue. New security features; the facsimile of the chairman of the board is back on the note. The signature is a facsimile of R. Golovchenko. Size 155 × 72 mm. Printed by Goznak, Moscow.
