About the period
The coins of Elizabeth Petrovna belong to the time of the first imperials: in 1755 the gold 10 roubles, called imperials, and the 5 roubles, the half-imperials, appeared. Copper was changed several times over the twenty years of the reign too. More about the period “Elizabeth”, 1741 — 1762
