Put into circulation on 25 May 1992, withdrawn from circulation on 1 January 2001. One of the "animal" notes, the first money of independent Belarus.
About the period
The 1992 banknotes were the first money of independent Belarus. They entered circulation on 25 May 1992, and the rouble itself was nicknamed the "bunny" after the hare on the 1-rouble note. More about the period “Issue of 1992”
