The "УБЛЬ" misprint
On part of the print run the letter «Р» is missing from the word «РУБЛЬ» on the reverse, so the inscription reads «УБЛЬ». Such notes turn up among the blocks ending in 8, i.e. with the signature of the cashier S. Galtsov. They have no separate print run: they are part of this cashier's 8,000,000 notes.
