Appearance
A vertical note, 40 × 66 mm, in brown and beige tones. Front: a frame of geometric pattern, the 1923 USSR coat of arms at the top, a large digit "1", the words "ОДНА КОПЕЙКА", text stating that the note is accepted on a par with silver coin, and the year "1924". The reverse repeats the frame and the digit "1"; the value is written in Russian and five other languages (Ukrainian, Belarusian, Armenian, Georgian, Turkic/Tatar), with "С.С.С.Р." at the bottom. The watermark is lozenges built of light and dark triangles, each holding a smaller lozenge of the same design.
